5-star experience so far! An opportunistic/exploratory visit last night following the Texans-Broncos game (Go Texans!!) and dinner in the area with friends. A welcoming get-up inside, with jewelry displayed prominently and with shopper's ease in mind. Neat and organized. Was immediately attended to by Shalu and colleagues. They were smartly attired, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and allowed ample time to discuss and decide. No high-pressure sales! The manager, Robin, was called in as a purchase was being consummated and he too was equally on-point with his friendly, customer-centric attitude and desire to equitably conclude the purchase. The purchase was backed by an IGI certificate and receipt of sale, with weigh-ins to confirm what was identified initially was what was ultimaltely sold. Overall a very satisfactory first visit. Well-done, Shalu, Robin, and colleagues!

Very friendly and calm staff. Attention to detail and fully focused on the customer from the time you walk in to the store till you leave. It's my second visit and Abishek who helped us this time and more so the whole team were making sure they showed us enough options patiently. No rushing us even though we went less than an hour prior to closing. I only wish they had options to support custom orders. There were no false promises. The team clearly put the limitation of not having a goldsmith on the table too..I will recommend this store to my friends.

We’ve been to Joyalukkas internationally and Houston by far has the worst service. joyalukkas has said that if you ever break your piece you can bring it to your nearest Joyalukkas and they can fix it for free. But they demanded a bill. Gold jewelry are timeless, people hold onto their pieces for a long time it’s unrealistic to expect people to have their bill on them. They also need to hire people with better customer service. The employees (specifically the men there) are very unpleasant and rude.

Joyallukas is always on our top list to shop Jewels. They have best designs and most of all best customer service. Today we went to diamond shopping and Pooja helped us to find the best pick. We love to go back again and they have excellent employees overall and our experience with Pooja and Shree was amazing.

My daughter was a freshman that goes to TXST and I wanted to get her a Bobcat charm for her charm bracelet. I looked everywhere and finally found Joy Jewelers as one of the only places that carry them. I ordered one and it came in on time, but I made a mistake when ordering and ordered the wrong size (way too small). I contacted them and they made it so easy to return and helped me to find the correct size for a charm bracelet and got the new charm ordered. I am happy to say it is beautiful and fits perfectly.In a time where customer service has kind of gone by the wayside...Joy Jewelers shines bright with AMAZING customer service and personal attention to the customer and detail of their business, even down to sending a personal email to let me know that my refund had been processed.
