I went with my mom to this place, as soon as we walked in I took out my baby’s bracelet to ask if they can make it smaller in length since it’s too big for my baby, as soon as I took it out, the ignorant guy didn’t let us speak & he immediately said “we don’t buy gold” & when I was about to say that I’m trying to reduce it he asked if we bought it thereThey are disgusting, unprofessional, don’t know how to do business & I always walk pass there every time I go to PlazAmericas & it’s always empty & I see why now…. I’m thankful we found a place there where they were able to fix the bracelet & it was very full but it was very worth the wait !This “johny’s jewelry” has horrible reviews, I just read each of them. This store needs to reported due to SCAMMING!

We went to that jewelry store like 1 month ago to ask how much they charge to reduce my granddaughter bracelet and the very stupid and poorly educated indu didn’t even let my daughter speak when he saw the bracelet he say we don’t buy gold and he also ask if we buy the bracelet with them I told my daughter lets go and I raised my voice to him and I told him you have to listen and I looked him badly they don’t know how to treat the customer. ! Very bad ! i see why this jewelry was empty and they have a lot bad reviews

Straight up this place is rude! Went in to ask a simple jeweler question. The guy talk to me like I was less than him. Still I never got out of line with him. The reason why I am leaving this review is because after keeping my composure and turned around to leave I saw this Rico Suave looking fake security guard standing behind me for no reason. Like wow, y’all going to get aggressive for no reason when I showed no sign of aggression.They really don’t want customers at all. Y’all are not TrakNYC. Far as I can tell ya’ll are trying to be a grocery store generic brand Johnny Dang. Work on originally before rudeness. Just my two cents.

This company isn’t doing business ethically because they use credits cards which are stolen and don’t screen their clients if they claim to be high end exclusive please. Customer service is awful they called my friend and tired harassing him

My credit card was fraudulently used at this location for considerably large purchase. Apparently, no verification was needed to make a purchase of this size. I live in Ohio and the purchase was made in Texas. Scammers beware

Looking at the reviews????????? I’m confused. My order was efficient and fast. I placed my order, even changed it on my end and it still took less than a month. About two and half weeks, I placed the order, they sent the mold, sent that back only took one time and now today I’m grinning gold. They fit perfectly, like a glove. Zero issues. I will be ordering a bottom set as soon as I can and definitely from here.

improve customer service. I ordered on the 5th of March . it is now the 14th and I still haven't received my mold. it takes at most 6 days from your location to mine. I have sent 2 emails and a fb message and still haven't received any kind of response.

SCAMMERS!! I Guess they only sell REAL gold to the rappers. I bought some gold diamond earrings from Johnny's Custom Jewelry and they are starting to turn dark brown, $280 that was wasted, I could've went to the flea market gold shops and bought something better. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Terrible coustmer service placed a online order April 24th. Got a call informing me what I had ordered was no longer in stock. Instead of them trying to give me something of the same vaule the tried to charge me a extra 200$. It is may 28 and I still haven't received anything are heard from anyone regarding my items are my $$. Terrible customer service very un professional.
