I called to discuss my suggested size in order to place an order for a blouse I saw on the website. I never had the opportunity to speak with the sales agent. She said “Let me put you on a brief hold”, but then never came back to me. I waited ten minutes on my cell phone, but, alas, the salesperson never came back. POOR SERVICE! So much for Johnny Was!

This company sold my address connected with a friend’s name to other catalog companies. I love Johnny Was and their clothes. They sold my address with my friend’s name because she went there to buy something while she was staying with me. The management of the store nicely offered to have the item delivered to my address with her name in it, then sold my name to other clothing companies without authorization. I wrote the store two months ago to have my name removed. I’m still receiving Johnny Was catalogs and even more catalogs from other companies. I HATE catalogs and because it was her name and my address, I can see how my address was sold to other companies. You have lost two customers, Johnny Was.

Terrible return policy. My mother bought a blanket for her grand daughter for Christmas. She bought it on October 28, their Christmas return policy starts on Novemeber 1st, so her only choice is to exchange for something on equal value on the same day, no gift certificate was offered. My daughter is 24, so hard to find in one day an equal exchange.Worse is the employees blamed everything on the manager. They were not empowered to make a customer happy. That is not a slap on the employee, but on the manager who does not empower their employees nor care about customer satisfaction.I would not buy from them again.

Terrible return policy. My mother bought her grand daughter a blanket for Christmas. She bought it early so she could be sure she could get one. Evidently she bought it too early. Their Christmas return policy starts on Novemeber 1st, she bought the blanket October 30th, so all her garnd daughter could do was buy something in the store that day if she wanted any value. The staff also was not empowered to satisify the customer and blamed everything on the manager. That is not a slap at the employee, that is a slap at the manager that does not empower their employees. Very disappointed and won't shop here again.

The ladies at this location are absolutely amazing & provide awesome customer service. Super beautiful, colorful and one-of-a-kind clothing. All the staff here are excellent when it comes to finding you the "PERFECT" outfit. MUST GO!

This place is definitely a happy zone. The prints, colors and staff are amazing. You are greeted by the most welcoming faces when you come in. I never feel pressured to buy when in store, but they are super helpful and accommodating, and 100% personable, which is refreshing in this day and age. Love this place.. if you haven't been, stop by today.

I love the vibe of the clothes especially the scarves. I have bought a few in beautiful vibrant colors. They are a little pricey but they really add to my wardrobe.

Love the atmosphere at Johnny Was. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and taken care of. I had the best customer service from Miranda, she was so patient and very helpful with all my questions and even suggested a few items out of my comfort zone that I am so in love with.
