Update.
Recently I had problems about many services light on and I visited the dealership. I booked an appointment and when I arrived there, nobody responded me a while . And I asked people who take care for other customer, and he was nice.
But my service staff was so rude. My first language is not English and I don’t know about car. That’s why I couldn’t understand what he said, and I asked him some questions. But he kept saying the same thing strong with an annoying attitude.
I don’t want to come back here.
I was disappointed about this visiting because last time visiting, their service was great.

Shortly after I moved to Houston, a maintenance sign appeared, so I visited without an appointment. And they took care of it right away. Although there was nothing urgent to fix, Erick explained things to be careful of in the future. I could understand, even though English is not my first language. I was satisfied with their service and I will use their services again!!

DJ was very professional and courteous. He was in constant communication with me from the greeting, till he assisted me with my things to my car. Excellent Customer Service!

Service only cares about money, and will not take responsibility for their mistakes.
My wife took our 2016 MDX in because several dash warning lights came on while she was driving. She talked with Omar, and my wife stated he was very rude and condescending to her. We were charged over $400 for diagnostics to determine the lights were a "glitch" and nothing was seriously wrong.
After taking the MDX home, my wife again had an issue with the car not starting after stopping at an intersection. I called today, and Omar was again rude about the situation. Another person in service I talked to said it seems like a battery issue, but that did not come up as a possibility when the diagnostics were performed.
The manager Gary called me, but refused to put the $400 we already paid towards a replacement battery. It was their fault they did not perform the correct diagnostics to find the issue, but they refuse to take responsibility, and just want more money. Disgusting.
Next stop, BBB.

If you want to put your car for service to an honest and credible car service provider, my experience may help you. Multiple bad experiences happened in my car services with John Eargle Acura car service department, in this review I want to share one which may make you laugh aloud. A $300 credit was made as a settlement for a car service dispute in August 2022 by the general service manager (and was recorded by a service manager per the order of the general manager). Later, when I tried to use the credit, they told me that it can not cover my regular car service, and can only be used for care repairs. Recently, I try to use it for a repair, I was told the credit has been used for a service which was closed and cleared in April 2022 . I laughed; are you kidding me? The $300 credit made in August 2022 was used for a service already closed and cleared in April 2022. And interesting enough, from service man, to service manager, to the general service manager all share the same argument. More interesting enough, they forgot why the $300 credit was given (Of course, because of a bad service experience). I may tell the story later if more people think it might be helpful for getting rid of the tricks the John Eagle Acura car service department (from service man, to service manager, to the general service manager) played.

Service Advisor, Eric L. Younger took wonderful care of my car and provided stellar customer service. He kept me informed in real time about everything that was going on with my repair service. Because my repair service took longer than expected, Eric was able to put me in a loaner vehicle. Eric went above and beyond in all areas, and he takes pride in his work. He could teach a master class in providing great customer service.

Update: Initially a 1 star based on the experience below. However, I do appreciate a manager who reaches out to discuss and is open to feedback. Had a great conversation with him and appreciate the fact that he listened and seems like the feedback will be used for improvement.
Super weird experience. My wife and I are looking for a new car for her and we’re intrigued by Acura (among others). We walked in to take a look and was met by a very friendly salesman. He let us walk around the showroom and look at the options (yes that was sort of nice doing that without sales pressure). However they didn’t have the TLX on the floor (probably the one we were most interested in) so I asked the sales person if they had any and he said not on the showroom but outside. When I asked if there were any we could easily see, he responded with “they are all locked”. Then he sat back down on their couch area and didn’t say another word to us. I looked at my wife sort of perplexed and we walked out. He didn’t say another word. So weird. Needless to say, Acura was our first choice but if we end up still going with the brand it won’t be purchased here.

I would not recommend going on a Saturday, but they are quick and efficient with the maintenance. Eric Younger’s attention to detail was great considering the circumstances.
