I enjoy going to this dealership because all the customer service agents provide great customer service. Especially, I had Omar on my last service and he was excellent and professional. In addition, I was happy with the complementary car wash he gave me.

I had an excellent experience with Eric Vega at John Eagle Acura during my routine service. He gave me regular updates regarding the status of my vehicle and had it ready for me much before than when I thought it would be ready. Highly recommend him!

I went to purchase a used vehicle for my father. I spoke with TJ, the manager over used vehicles. He was pleasant and straight forward about the pricing. My sales consultant was Daniel. He was and still is very helpful whenever I have questions. Demetrius was my finance consultant. He patiently went over various warranty coverages with me. Everyone I dealt with or encountered was nice. I left feeling good about the entire experience.

Title: Disappointing Customer Service Experience with the Finance ManagerReview:I recently had an unfortunate experience with the finance manager Ivan at a John Eagle Acura that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. As a customer who had already secured my own financing, I expected a smooth and efficient process. However, the finance manager's behavior and attitude towards my decision not to use their financing options was far from satisfactory.From the moment I expressed my preference to use my own financing, the finance manager seemed visibly irritated. Instead of understanding my choice and providing assistance, they made it clear that they were not pleased with my decision. This immediately set the tone for a less-than-pleasant interaction.Throughout the entire process, the finance manager displayed a lack of professionalism and empathy. They seemed more interested in pushing their own financing options rather than understanding and accommodating my needs. Their dismissive attitude made me feel like my decision was being undermined, and it created an uncomfortable atmosphere.Moreover, Ivan’s communication skills left much to be desired. Ivan failed to contact my credit union to provide necessary information to complete the explain the terms and conditions of my own financing clearly, leaving me with unanswered questions and concerns. It was disheartening to see a lack of effort.Customer service is the backbone of any business, and unfortunately, the finance manager's behavior fell short of expectations. A customer's decision to use their own financing should be respected and handled with professionalism. It is essential to remember that customers have the right to make choices that align with their best interests.In conclusion, my experience with Ivan the finance manager was disappointing, to say the least. His poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and dismissive attitude towards my decision not to use their financing options left a lasting negative impression. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the dealership, encouraging them to improve their customer service and provide a more welcoming and accommodating experience for all customers.

John Eagle Acura Service department is great. I've been bringing my vehicle to this location for years and they always take care of me. CD is amazing and always provides top quality service. Excellent to know that I have CD and his team providing the best recommendations to ensure my car last long.

Stay away from these wicked people. They got our paperwork wrong three times and wasted hours of time. Even if you have a credit score of over 757 they will still tack on fees on hidden fees and double digit interest.

I have been working with Eric Younger for a while and he has been great to work with. He has helped me get a loaner whenever I decide I don’t want to wait around and keeps me informed on what my car might need. Dropped my car off this time for a more than normal work and they had it ready same day. I have even moved further away and have made the choice to keep coming back. Thank you for the great service!

Don't buy here if you want to get ripped off the sales man there are rats very disrespectful and the manager don't want to will discriminate you They will charge you for reconditioning the car And made up packages don't waste your time buy from a different dealership

My contact at John Eagle, CD, was very helpful in arranging the service for my car, an amazing loaner car, and having my car totally detailed. I have never received this level of service anywhere else. He was very professional and took time to affirm that everything had been done to my satisfaction. My car looked brand new inside and out.

THEY LIED AND TRICKED US . BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES.Went to purchase a RDX Acura about 3 weeks ago and got ripped off by the finance manager Ivan. We were first time car buyers and young and he took advantage of us. After looking up further reviews its happened to dozens of people. Bought a vehicle for 15k and he put 2 warranties that cost HALF of the vehicles value coming in at 7k and only told us about one of them that he said costed 1.5k. We ran our credit twice and we really needed a car so we told him a number we needed to be at. The second time he ran it it came out better than expected so he took advantage of the monthly payment number we gave him and put in loJack and some gloss finish on the outside that now the dealership is telling me they cant do anything about. He never gave us a copy of the contract, he showed us completely different numbers when we were signing and I contacted the dealership multiple times after to get information and no one ever got back to me. I reached out the bank and they gave me the bad news. On the contract where it lists everything that we paid for only one of the warranties is on there and the one he didnt mention is already put into the price. When I spoke to the finance director he sent me a document that he says we signed but the signatures did not match the others one on the contract . Also when i first asked him about the charge he had no idea what it was and he said it was a reconditioning fee? make sense to you guys ? On top of all that we were there for almost 6 and a half hours. FUNNY BUSINESS BE CAREFUL.

Kevin was so kind and friendly from the moment I pulled my car into the garage to be serviced. He took the time to make sure we were aligned on what services I needed, then explained the cost for each service. I’ve have only driven Honda’s for over 30 years and finally was able to upgrade to an Acura. This was my first experience at this dealership and Kevin made me feel at home. Thank you for making this experience the best possible. I appreciate knowing I have a dealership I can now trust!
