Good prices, but changes made, and it winds up less being available, like Splenda powdered. Selections can be limited but the value beats other stores. It cam get to be crowded & a lot of "Me FIRST" people lacking courtesy & respect. Shop friendly, folks.

I had the most non customer service experience at Joe V's today...from the cashier to the manager to the person that refunded me. I was rang up for 22 avocados instead of 2. Thank God I checked my receipt before leaving the parking lot. I was charged $32.34 instead of $2.94.I was told oh it happens. No apology for the inconvienence, no timing for the money to be refunded to my card. I had to ask questioms to get answers instead of proactive communication. Essentially, no ownership, empathy or concern for the customer experience.Training needs to happen from the top to the bottom.

If I can give a zero star I would, because of customer services. The check out line is 10 items and less at self check out; I got stop by a lady that was over this area and told me go to a different line. I did. ( I am asian). I went to the other line next to it. I Look over and saw someone ( that was Black) having 15 plus items and the lady in charge of that area did not say anything. I made a commit and call her on what I saw and I felt she was racist. I just had 11 items. My question by looking in a cart how do you know is more than 10 items or around that amount and be rude to customer and send them to a different lane. It was not busy in the self check out area that is 10 ITEMS AND LESS. There was 3 open check out counter in the area.

Limited selection of mainly heb products...I'm mainly going for fresh produce but I have got to pick and chose very carefully.. a lot of it is just on the verge of being too old to buy unless you are going to use it in the next few days ...you are not saving any money if you wind up having to throw it out!

Economical and organized place, generally clean, the only problem is the rolls, which are never fresh or you have to wait for the rest. It is a great help to your pocketbook. Recommended

Yall need to get that security guard undercontrol! I couldn't pickup a customer because she wouldn't allow me to stop by the front. I was not by the fire line.for 8 years I've dropped off and picked up there. This woman runs out of the store screaming at me. Her job should be making sure customers or safe not worrying about a person taking customers and picking up. Always the ones who do other things then what they get paid for. I will no longer take or pick up here and will let uber know you have to drive on the waybackside to pickpeople up. And she has no right to scream at me and getIn my face at my car!!
