Poor customer service. I drove an hour to get there. I had to wait because the salesman double booked. The salesman did not know a lot about the vehicle. I was not asked if I liked the car. I was not invited inside the dealership to discuss purchase. I felt very unwelcome like something is wrong me that they do not want my business.

Met with salesman Dennis. He was very accommodating and friendly. After him, his boss and I made a deal it all went downhill in the financial department. I still closed on the deal with a cash offer, but the finance individual was horrible! I will pick up my truck on Tuesday.

If you're in the market for a new vehicle, you should definitely check out Joe Myers Ford. I was really impressed with the exceptional service that Johnny and Marvin provided to my husband when he was buying his truck. I ended up buying a new SUV as well, the 2025 Explorer ST. It’s wild that we both left with new vehicles that day! I felt like I got a fair deal on my trade-in, and Cristian our sales guy was extremely helpful in explaining the various packages available for the Explorer. Additionally, Joshua from the finance department made sure I got the best rate and helped me select the best warranty option for my needs.
