Clean store and staff was nice. I wasn't super happy with the selection-picked over on a Sunday afternoon. The yarn wall was cool. Lots of holiday discounts now on 12/10. Parking is a mess on the weekends.

This location is destined for failures with the employees that they have hired including the manager. From fabric cutting, price check, and check out… all employees do not want to work nor represent Joann.Aesthetically is amazing. But if you need any help… take the extra time and please go to another location. I drove here since it’s new and very well stocked.However. The employees are very unfriendly and seemed to be annoyed to help any of their customers unfortunately.

Today I am giving 5 stars only because my encounter with Elaina was helpful and extremely positive. She delivered my online purchase when I arrived at curbside pickup. Ordinarily I would have come into the store because my package was small but my previous experience on Monday was so unpleasant that I was not sure I would ever shop there again. Thank you, Elaina, for your dedication to your job and your beautiful smile.

I'd say horrible product return but I never received any product. After 6 weeks of waiting and getting the run around, I gave up. I mean how difficult is it to cut a few yards and ship it? Apparently, they don't really want online business. I'll pay extra somewhere else that actually appreciates their customers.

The staff is border line incompetent and take their sweet time which leads to 30 min waiting lines. The fabric cutting staff and the actual store itself is a crafters dream but the time wasted waiting in line for an online pickup is unprofessional.

Zero customer support!!! Had to hunt for someone to help me. Online shows that the product is in stock but nothing on the shelf. I was told it must be still in the boxes and she isn't allowed to open them. You have to be kidding! You just lost a customer for this store! I'm sure Hobby Lobby will be happy to take my business.

Yesterday on 7/24/3 I went to return a purchase at this location and had one of the most uncomfortable experiences I think I have ever had at a store. Whoever was working behind the register at 6:18pm on 6/24/23. Cashier #858352 register #13, I believe her name was Barbara. Melissa was helping her. Barbara.. I think her name was. Was so awful to me. I had my receipt and items and was told I'd get cash back. Perfect, no problem. Then randomly said actually no because the purchase is above $5 I have to get store credit??? The website states, "Returns with a smile are super easy! You can return any JOANN purchase any time with no hassle." Nowhere on the receipt or website does it say if you return something over $5 will you get store credit back. She gave me such a hard time... looked at me in my eyes like she had a vendetta against me. Was making things up as she went with my return and was forcing me to get a store credit card. I finally asked her to call the manager. She told the manager the situation and the manager said no problem and to give me cash back. Maybe you all should teach this lady the Joann return policy and how you don't talk down on people and make them feel uncomfortable or look at people like they are pure trash. I will never give Joann any of my business ever again anywhere thanks to her. You can thank Barbs for that one. Just sick to my stomach that a person can be so awful. Just like her, I am also trying to make ends meet and returning something that did not work out for me with a receipt... and trying to give me a store credit card while being so cold and evil about it. You are disgusting. Be better a better and more kind human, and you get it in return

Conveniently located in the Meyerland area. Store is brightly lit, aisles are wide and merchandise is divided into separate areas, but items are usually misplaced and employees don't really put them back in place. You just need to browse every aisle to find what you're looking for. This particular location has a limited selection of fabrics, and their loose scrapbook paper and Cricut supplies have not replenished for weeks. The drawers containing sewing patterns have been broken for over a year, so it is nearly impossible to browse the patterns inside the drawers since they're off track and stuck. They don't restock their patterns either as the display shelves are 75% empty. It is so disorganized in the sewing patterns area - I've given up looking for any. My biggest complaint is their Customer service at this location. Employees are seen standing around at the fabric cutting table chatting loudly, but not rendering any assistance to customers. Twanna at the cash register was downright rude this morning. I'm not sure I would have her ring up my purchases any more.

My seamstress sent me here to get an item for her to alter. The customer service was non-existent for the associates on the floor. I asked 2 associates for assistance with finding the product and they were unhelpful. They didn't even try to help me with finding what I was looking for. It took me asking a 3rd associate who took me right to the product I was looking for. The cashier was awesome as well. overall, do not expect any type of help when shopping here.

They have a lot of the supplies I needed, very helpful staff, and huge store. i recently started sewing again after a 10+ year break (i know....life been lifing y'all) so i came to pick up things i needed, I'll be back for the rest. While they do have a good selection for supplies, not so much fabric. I'm repurposing some old clothing but i think I'm going to have to go out of town for the fabrics i want.
