Very rude , I asked for someone to look at my vehicle and he told me that they are closed until next Wednesday July 26,2023 and today is July 18th 2023. If they didn’t want any new clients they should just say that not lie . Extremely unprofessional.

Jia always provide EXCELLENT service. He is friendly and honest. He always gives an accurate diagnosis. He is fair and never takes advantage of his customers, especially women and those that are clueless about auto repairs. I've been a customer for 10+ years and even if I have to get my car towed to his shop, I don't trust my auto repairs to anyone else. ALL FACTS!

Terrible customer service, he really acts as if he doesn't want your money or business and will quickly tell you what he doesn't have time to work on; I won't ever go there again, nor would I recommend this place to ANYONE!

May 2020 by Real ..
After being a customer of Jia for 20 years and having referred numerous people, I take my car to Jia after I start hearing some light squealing and grinding. At that time, Linwei Jia, the owner and only mechanic, claims that he doesn't know what would cause any such issues but that he thinks it's my passenger front wheel bearing. When I question this (as he had replaced it barely 2 years ago), he blames an issue with the wheel bearing (part) for this rather quick replacement. Now, my car is old, but I always buy the best quality and longest warrantied mechanical parts, brand new, from O'Reilly. Jia is personally aware of this fact as he literally does the diagnostics, then either I drive or he (or another of the mechanics he used to have) gives me a ride (if not busy) to the store to make the purchase. However, when I go to take the newly removed wheel bearing back to O'Reilly to get my warranty refund, the guy behind the counter examines it and tells me that he thought it was "strange" that it needed replacement after only 2 years when he knows guys who drive their trucks like bats out of hell, who had the same exact brand and quality of wheel bearing (National) & who have them last 6 years or more. He also asked if I was sure it wasn't mechanic error instead. As I would find out, my issue had NOTHING to do with a bad wheel bearing. Not two weeks after the March 2020 repair, the grinding & squealing returns. Hearing it, a gentlemen advised that it sounded like something wrong with my brakes - especially the rotors. I google this stranger's suggestion & surely enough, the signs of bad rotors fit my car's issues to a T. Now these are rotors Jia did not machine though he was paid to do so when he did my brakes in Summer 2018, that he claimed the lack of the same would not interfere with my braking and that he said he would rotor at a later time at no charge. These are the same rotors that in March, while he was checking out my car, he claimed wasn't the issue. Suddenly, everything clicked into place. Jia's sudden confusion as to what the noise was likely had less to do with incompetence and more to do with his full knowledge that it was the rotors he had failed to machine that had led to this brake system failure. Furious, I calmed myself down and return to Jia to calmly confront him about the recommendation that the noise was being caused by my rotors; and to ask him to machine them today as I had already paid for it when I paid for my brake job and he had already agreed he would do so at no cost in the future. Denying culpability, he states no, no no. If you're hearing grinding it means the PADS and SHOES need to be replaced and the rotors machined or replaced. I ask him how after such a short time, on a car that's barely driven, is that possible - when HE did the brakes in Summer 2018? He kinds of looks astonished that it was such a short time ago then backtracks saying that different cars wear at different rates based on the weight of the car, driving conditions, etc. and that there is no life expectancy for brake repairs. I again ask that he honors his promise and just machine the rotors. Once more he presses that I should have all of the shoes and pads replaced all over again as well because (and here's the kicker) when YOU didn't have the rotors done when I did your brakes, it caused uneven pad/shoe wear and thus premature failure. Yes, I got him to admit that it was the rotors not being machined that caused the entire issue. When I pointed out that it was HE who didn't complete the brake job as promised and that HE had just admitted that it was this that caused the issue that further damaged the rotors and prematurely wore down my pads and shoes, he gets angry and starts saying over and over again: "That is the past and has nothing to do with now." I reply that it has everything to do with now as his failure to do the work properly and complete the work he was paid for has l
