I switched to Jester Plaza when I was in a pinch and needed boarding for my older dog. I'm so glad I did. The location is convenient, the hours are good, and the parking situation is great. But so much more than that, the entire staff is excellent and empathetic in a way that's above and beyond what is required of a vet. They all seem to genuinely care for you and your pet. Dr. Lem is knowledgeable and kind and takes the time to listen to you. I highly recommend this vet.
Also, costs for boarding are reasonable for the area which helps.

Everyone is so kind and willing to listen or help with anything I need. The vet techs are very gentle with my dog and love her. They do a good job easing her nerves and giving her the care she needs. I boarded her during a big storm there, and when they lost power, they were extremely quick to call my emergency contact to come pick her up. After the fact, they gave me a credit on my account for the nights that I had already paid for that she did not use. Everyone there is awesome and I could not ask for a better vet!

My furbaby needed to see a Vet. Quickly and didn't know who to trust. I found them on Google. I'm so glad I went there. They had patience with my Pit. And got me the medicine he needed. My son was so impressed that he is going to switched clinics too. I would highly recommend them.

Took my dog in because she was not feeling well and $650 later they said it was probably hook worms making her feel sick (was already on medication from previous vet that is not open Saturdays). They gave me an estimate that was much lower and then did a ton of expensive tests so I felt ripped off. She did get IV fluids. When I took her to get spayed last week the bill was half this cost!!!

The employees there always go the extra mile to make the patient and the patient’s owner comfortable. I’ve never had an issue since I first started taking my dog there in 2020. We’re never hit with an unexpected bill, always walked through necessary care and preventative care, and the vet is always patient and careful and does her best to keep the owner thoroughly informed. Thank you guys for being the best and taking care of my girl!

Very disappointed with my experience here. On a Friday, I brought in my 10 year old cat because she had recently refused to eat dry food and was losing weight rapidly. I was clearly showing concern when I came in but felt more shamed by the vet than anything else for ever feeding my cat dry food because apparently they're never supposed to eat dry food despite other vets recommending it to me (when the appointment ended they handed me a goodie bag that had dry food in it for cats so also ???). They ran bloodwork that day to figure out what could be going on and said I would hear back by Tuesday at the latest. My cat threw up all weekend and I was super worried so I called in Monday and Tuesday but they still had not received results, which they admitted was "strange". I called every day that week to check in with no results coming back. Finally, a week from the day they took bloodwork they still had not called me and I asked if we should maybe reach out to the lab to see why it was taking so long. They said they would call them and call me back. They never did. The next Monday, frustrated to no end, I called when they opened to see if they had received the results and if not I wanted to request a refund because this was ridiculous. They mentioned that they had finally received the results but the vet would have to explain them to me and she would call me ASAP. At 5:30 PM before they closed I called to see if she could speak to me as I am so concerned about my pet. They said she may not be able to get to me today and she would call when she had time. At this point, I ask for them to directly email ME the results so I could reach out to another vet and have HER explain the results to me. I received the results within a couple of minutes, called another vet, and they explained them to me immediately. I know this is a long story, but after having great experiences with vets most of my life, I was SHOCKED that this place kept making promises, saying they'd call, saying the vet would reach out, and then nothing happened until I already had to reach out to another vet! I would never take any of my pets to this location ever again if you actually have concerns about your animals. Awful service and the location itself is also kind of sketchy.
Side note- they also did that thing where they recommend 800 services on your first visit despite you explaining that you really just want to focus on the problem at hand and don't want all these additional services, so if you have social anxiety or anything about turning down additional services I'd avoid this place.
