Shout out to Larry and Dora. The customer service is great and they went above and beyond to help me out. I wish all companies had employees like Briley has.

Kristal was extremely helpful they gave me a great deal on a 725 sporting. She was patient and helpful but never pushy. Even gave me a couple extra recoil pads. I will definitely be back.

These guys took online orders for shotgun handguards on Black Friday 2023, promising "ETA" by December 3, 2023. It's now January 3, 2024 and items still have not been delivered, nor did they reach out to their customers with an update. And if you call them to ask about it, some old guy gets on the phone and talks really nasty to you like YOU'RE THE VILLAIN. Will not order from them again and would not recommend.

Used them some years ago for trigger jobs and match grade barel installation. Best workmanship around and the weapons / 1911’s are still shooting well and accurate after literally over 5k rounds plus plenty more put through each. More work coming your way on a recent 1911 purchase.

Briley recently installed thin wall chokes and tubes on my Rizzini 16 guage O/U. The craftsmanship and customer service was exceptional. The thin wall chokes and tubes are a gunsmithing work of art. All my questions answered and the turnaround time was less than a week. Briley will receive all my gunsmithing work in the future.

I ordered a part that was in stock and it said it would take roughly a week to ship out. It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t received it. I’ve reached out several times and no help. Would not recommend

I believe briley manufacturers proven chokes best in the game. I have purchased chokes in the past and just recently and will continue only hiccup is savanna can all most make the visit uncomfortable

I ordered the wrong choke and called them to discuss returning the choke and they offered to send me the correct one with a box to return the first choke that was sent. Very professional and great customer service, they’ve got a lifetime customer!

A one star review is a compliment to these people. Called and ordered a product that i was insured was in stock and ready to ship. After payment its been over a week and no product is in the mail yet. They didnt even have it manufactured yet. When i called to see if they could speed the process up they told me my timeline isnt their problem even though its delayed because of them. I canceled the order and will purchase from someone else with honesty and customer service

Nate, a long time gunsmith at Briley’s is extremely knowledgeable, highly professional and definitely well versed on side x side shotguns. Recently met with him on an issue I was having with an Italian made shotgun. He diagnosed the issue immediately, and took care of the problem very quickly, without a lot of fuss or fanfare. He explained what “I” (operator error) was doing incorrectly to cause the problem that I was having with the gun. For anyone needing a great gunsmith I can highly recommend Nate. He’s really good!

Really fantastic company to buy from, customer service is exceptional and they stand behind all their work. Fewer and fewer of these types of companies left unfortunately, Briley makes top quality products and it's clear their staff care about their product and their customers. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I bought a new Beretta A400 Excel several months back. I knew the first thing I needed was trigger work. There are several good options, but I choose to go with the most expensive option which is essentially a completely new trigger instead of a trigger job. The Briley competition trigger, just because I didn't know if I would be disappointed with one of the other options available. The communication from Briley was pretty good, but the trigger they sent was not much better than stock (which was aweful). It a lot of over travel, creep and a real gritty feel. The worse thing was it was still quite "gritty" feeling and the pull weight was all over the place. It was entirly unacceptable.I reached out to Briley and they said if I could send it back, they would fix it correctly. It just came back and it breaks consistently at 3.5 pounds like the website promises. Why "only" three stars? It took over 3 monthes to finally get my trigger repaired properly. I had to pay to ship it twice. The "gold" trigger would be great on Browning, but looks awful on my grey, black and blue Beretta. If I did it again, I would most likely use a diferent company and do a "trigger job" instead. I paid about double what a good trigger job would cost and while much better, it isn't close to perfect.

I went by today because I needed to replace a screw on the HiViz front sight on my Baretta over/under. It is hard to explain, but the culture was one were I felt I was more of a nuisance than a customer. All I needed was a small screw for my existing sight, but they referred me to a whole new sight set instead. OK, so I spend $45 on a lot more than needed, and then I asked if I could borrow a small screwdriver since the screws are so small and they are a gunsmith that certainly had access to one. Of course, the answer was no. Reading all of the other reviews, I am not unique. It must be nice having a business where being cordial and helpful is not necessary. Who responded to my review?

I’ve used Briley twice now and have been completely satisfied with the work their gunsmiths have performed. I’m a vintage side by side shotgun enthusiast and had restoration work and thin wall chokes installed in two shotguns. I see a number of folks complaining about the time their firearms are in the shop. If you’re interested in having quality work done, you have to have patience. You will be rewarded! I give Briley my highest recommendation.
