I sent my Benelli M4 trigger in to be replaced by the a&s trigger guard and the custom trigger. I was told 4-6 weeks to complete. I called at 7 weeks and I was told they’d look into it and call me back that day. 3 days later I called again and they said sorry but they forgot to call me back. Then they said they were back ordered on the trigger parts and it would be another 2 business weeks. So 4-6 weeks is currently 12 weeks and counting. It would be nice if they just did what they said.

Staff always very helpful, especially Crystal. I have bought and traded with them..outcome always good, and have had several guns worked on, and yes it took a little while for completion but the work is 100% excellent

I purchased a new beretta from Briley and added a few custom options. Highly experienced staff! I also dropped off an older gun to be fixed!

To avoid frustration do business somewhere else. I ordered chokes from Briley and three weeks later they still had not shipped. I brought this to their attention and my order shipped the following day. About 7 days later I received the wrong chokes in the mail. Numerous calls and emails have gone unanswered. Lots of companies make great chokes and appreciate the business.

Briley did excellent work on my Beretta A300 Ultima Patrol shotgun. I took it there when Beretta told me they had a 6-8 week wait for warranty work. It had several problems from the factory, one of which was it not feeding shells from the magazine tube. They folks at Briley, especially Savannah, were very polite and professional. They fixed it in about five days at a very reasonable price. It works perfectly now. Thank you Briley.

Recently took my Beretta in for a couple of issues. They stripped and deep cleaned my gun and said it was good to go. They also noted the gun had a choke seized up in the barrel and asked if I wanted it machined out for a few hundred bucks. I declined the service because if it was seized up it was no big deal because that is my go to choke. I picked the gun up, got home and put the choke tube wrench on it and removed the choke as usual with limited effort. Lost my trust on that one.

I stood around for 10+ minutes and no one helped me. I was told to stand at an open service table where you can set your items down. People kept walking by not asking me if i needed help. What prompted me to write this review was the haughtiness and disdain of the lady at the counter when I told her Id been there for so long without any service and pointed to the couple just walked in and was waited on within a minute.

I ordered an Invector Plus 20ga barrel extension and Briley sent an Invector one instead--anyone who knows shotguns knows that INVP and INV are not interchangeable. Despite an email (to which I was not provided the courtesy of a response), a phone conversation (during which I was assured they would actually send the product I ordered and a return label for the incorrect one), and a subsequent email (again no response), I do not have the correct product or a refund, despite providing my order information (attached receipt--see photo) multiple times, which clearly indicates that they sent the wrong product. I don't know what is worse: their error or their failure to correct it.

I’ve been doing business with Briley for about 5 years now. They have provided excellent gunsmithing services and I love their custom choke tubes. Like any business, they’re not perfect. I recently had an issue with a service of a 1940 LC Smith, they provided excellent customer service, I got no argument at all just a return shipping label and a repaired gun back in 3 weeks working perfectly. Good job folks! Thank you!

Briley never sent me an invoice for a purchase and they have bad customer service. I do not recommend shopping with this company.

Ordered a set of choke tubes that were on sale, so I assumed that they were in stock on 5/3/24. They shipped on 5/6/2024. On 5/22, I reached out to them to inform them that I still had not received the items. I talked with Steven and he said he would look into it. He proceeded to give we the wrong tracking number and talked to me like I was an idiot. Of course I checked my mail box and no it wasn't in there or I wouldn't have sent an email asking for an update. It's 5/30/24 and I still can't get an answer on when they will rectify this with calling their shipper (FedEx) to locate misplaced package, send another set, or issue me a refund. I know Briley makes great products, but the customer service is garbage and Steven is an condescending POS.
