Nick is awesome! Very knowledgeable, patient, kind, respectful, and had such a great attitude. I was continuously making changes to my policy before settling and he remained calm and handled everything well. He was punctual in returning calls on promised days and times. He finalized the sell with no difference in attitude. He asked for feedback on his customer service and I reminded him to continue doing what he was doing as he was doing it well.

My experience with Michael Cepiel was better than I could have ever expected. I signed up with a different insurance company earlier this month due to my rates being too high with the current State Farm policy I had but when Mike called me, he told me he would do his best to match what the other company offered. He was able to do that AND get me even better coverage for the same price I was paying with the other insurance group. Nick Dorsey has been very helpful and even though his insurance quote is a bit higher than other insurance company quotes I received I am going to choose this State Farm location because of the customer service received.
