The number provided is a cell phone number and no business website. You can't ever get anyone to answer the phone. The voicemail seems to be always full. For a first time experience this is pretty bad management. Am sure a lot of customers get turn away due to lack of service.

Jen has been doing my hair exclusively for 9 years. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my balayage. She will always set expectations with you and you can trust you will look amazing. She’s also the sweetest human. 10/10

Like most reviewers, Jen is definitely challenging to get a hold of, but once getting an appointment in, it's pretty much smooth sailing from there. Yes, I have ran into many obstacles getting in between appointments, but lesson learned, schedule before you leave with her. It's easier to establish a future appointment and cancel/ reschedule later than trying to get in touch with her for an appointment. Trust me, I know. Jen is usually accommodating towards all scheduling needs, however weekends appointments are usually booked up. Recently I texted her to confirm my appointment but informed I'm available today if she can accept me. I told her the condition and length of my hair, and informed what results I wanted to achieve. This way she knew what to prepare for during my appointment. Took her a few mins to text back and told me if I'd like to go darker, she can squeeze me in right now. Though this happened by luck, I don't expect to be this lucky every time. Jen usually knows I have a crazy schedule just like hers, but if I have some flexibility, it doesn't hurt to try. Jen always delivers quality work after each hair appointment. She definitely recommends the best products and literally cares for clients hair and look. If you can be patient enough with her communication skills, you definitely won't regret getting in with her. I made a mistake going to someone once when I couldn't get a hold of Jen between my last appointment with her. Jen worked twice as hard on my hair to fix the damages done, but was still very sweet and understanding of the circumstances. Now I know to just be patient and good hair will come to those who wait for Jen to respond. Lol!

I moved to Houston earlier this year and was worried about finding a place to get my balayage done after moving from NYC. Jen is amazing and she treats you like her friend - I look forward to my appointments with her and super grateful for the free toning session after my balayage. She cares a lot about her clients and is amazing at what she does.

I can’t be more pleased with my whole overall experience with Jen! She seriously knows hair. Her prices seem high at first but, it is well worth the money. I had previously gone to get balayage done at a trusted salon. I was so disappointed when I left. I had uneven tone, big streaks, and a choppy cut. I couldn’t believe how bad it looked. Thank God I found Jen, she first wanted to see what my hair situation looked like and to see if she could fix me. Though she is very busy, she was able to get me in and I’m so glad she did! She really took her time to color correct and blend and tone. She fixed my cut and it all came together great. I looooove my hair! Check out these before and after shots.

When I tell ya’ll she saved my hair, she legitimately did! I got a bad dye job back in March 2020 and was left looking like a legit carrot. My hair was super dry, unmanageable and literally just in a bun all the time. Jen definitely fixed my hair 100%. She’s super sweet and even educated you on stuff other stylists do not. I would recommend her 100% to everyone!

I have had countless haircuts from Jenuine. For decades, I have always gone to either a well-known chain (ie. Sports Clips, GreatClips, Boardroom) or an inexpensive (and still good) whole-in-the-wall place as I have never been picky about my hair, and preferred not to spend too much as I have to get my hair cut often as it grows fast. However, I was referred to Jenuine from a girl friend of mine, and I assure you I will no longer use anyone else. Though I have literally had hundreds of haircuts in my lifetime, I have never had one so clean shaven and well groomed like the one from Jenuine. Don’t get me wrong, I have had great haircuts from the other places as well, but none as consistent and as good as the ones that Jenuine provides!

I've been going to Jenn for over 5 years! And I don't trust anyone else with my hair. Her balayage technique is the best! I've had her color my hair before my engagement photos, my wedding and it always looks perfect. She's the sweetest too and will always do what's best for her clients!

I moved to Houston about 2 years ago and I have been looking for someone to trust my hair to. I have had really bad hair jobs in the past. Not only did she exceed my expectations but she went above and beyond to ensure my expectation and experience would be phenomenal. She cares about her clients and their hair. She did not put me under a heat lamp as to not destroy my hair with bleach but did give me the desired look I was looking for in 2 separate sessions. It took longer but her trying to preserve the health of my hair was so important to me so that's exactly what she did. I highly recommend Jennifer for your hair needs and her expertise with color is amazing. She will go beyond your expectations!

Jen is THE best. I am the most indecisive person ever so I never tell her what I want anymore because I don’t even know myself. I just come in and let her work her magic and I never leave disappointed. I’ve gone from completely platinum to now blended baby lights and I couldn’t be more happier with her work. My hair is still very healthy with no breakage. And I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go. You will not be disappointed with Jen.

Jen is extremely skilled at what she does. I went from dark brown to an ashy blonde, and what would take most hairstylists about 7-8 hours to do on my hair only took her half the time. My hair is also still healthy and looks great. So glad I found her!

I am from out of town and had to cancel the flight last minute due to an emergency so I was not able to get my hair done by Jen. Very sad, I know. But my overall experience with her through messages was very superb! If you have had your hair done before, you gotta understand that there is no time for your hair stylist to be on the phone all day to reply to messages. However, she was very accommodating and tried to follow with my flight schedule to schedule an appointment. I would love to be able to see her next time I am in town.
