The Jenkins Organization has managed all of our self storage sites with very excellent results. They know the business very well, always achieving high occupancy, optimal rates, no down times and great customer service, to both us and our tenants. Their on-site and regional managers are top of the line. 15 years of relationship speaks for itself.

Unprofessional Behavior and Unfair Treatment at TJO Call CenterReview:I worked at TJO Call Center and had an incredibly negative experience due to the behavior of my boss, Nedra Price, and the overall company culture. From the beginning, there were instances of harassment, favoritism, and unequal treatment. Nedra made inappropriate comments about personal relationships and even rearranged my workspace in a demeaning manner.There was clear favoritism towards employees with children, while others were denied fair scheduling opportunities. Instances of tardiness and extended breaks were overlooked for some employees while unfairly targeted for others, including myself.The behavior escalated when I won a company competition but was denied my rightful prize. When I inquired about it, Nedra dismissed my concerns and terminated me shortly after, citing unjustified reasons. It's evident that questioning authority or seeking fairness is not tolerated at TJO Call Center.Moreover, the unprofessionalism extended to the HR administrator, who engaged in inappropriate conversations in the workplace. Despite raising these concerns, no action was taken by management.In conclusion, TJO Call Center fosters a toxic environment where harassment, favoritism, and unequal treatment are rampant. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a respectful and fair workplace. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Don’t work here if you can’t be a “teachers pet”Sincerely,Ms. Murphy.

I have tried for months to get information from this company and still have not received it. I have left countless voicemail messages and never receive a call back. I finally got a hold of someone after calling over 15 time in one day and I still have not received the information that is needed from HR.

I rented a climate controlled storage unit at Baytown Storage on 3908 Garth Road in Baytown, TX since November 2019. Somewhere in between April 3-8 2020 my unit was broken into and I had almost $9,000 worth of electronics and house hold items that were stolen. They say they are not responsible for what was put in their storage facility. I have used Channelview Mini Storage for over 20 years. I called today to make my payment as usual and they are "not in the system". No one know anything about it. Is it closed? Sold? No one knows. The phone number of the facility does not work. I received no notification. Is this how you run your business? I am very disappointed and angry. I will be more angry if I have to drive to your office Monday morning to straighten this out.
