Went to salon and shopped in men's department. Same great stylist for several years (Elena). Staff in Men's department were helpful but inventory was limited.

I had a great experience at JCPenney recently. A sales representative went out of their way to assist my mother with an online coupon, resulting in significant savings. Their help was much appreciated!

Horrible service and argumentative personal. I didn't catch her name because walked away quickly. It's a shame because my mother and I where having a pleasant time shopping. I rather drive and to go to the mall where there's a bigger selection. By the way I noticed Sephora is no longer sold at this JCPenney.

This review is for JCP portraits.My family portraits all came damaged, after getting the runaround with the CS#, I took the damaged prints to the store hoping to get reprints. The woman there (Daisy Rodriguez) finally got thru to CS after several attempts. The CS rep offered $100 refund but I felt that was too low since I paid more than 3 times that amount and everything was damaged.Daisy Rodriguez obviously thought that refund was too much. While I was trying to get my receipt to make sure I was getting a fair refund, Daisy immediately hung up with CS and called her manager, Ashley, and they both decided I should get $40 refund instead. Imagine my shock!I thought it had to be a prank so I expressed my displeasure, no yelling or being rude, but Daisy kept interrupting me and won't answer my questions. Long story short, after over an hour, I was done with her and I left.I've had decent experiences with JCP portraits in the past, but Daisy Rodriguez just ended it. I'm cancelling my membership after this year. Maybe sooner if I have time to call the CS # again.

Customer service already the give me no dis count JC penneys. I was really nice to the lady, but she said there's no discount. I'm so okay now that's the last time. I go to JC Penney center.
