Gwen did an awesome job. Now that I'm no longer dying my hair and embracing my grey I needed a style. I am also very pleased with the staff! Very professional and polite.

Sonya was amazing. She cut my daughter's hair. We had gone to a different salon and they messed up her hair. Sonya fixed it.

Got my hair done at the salon, they overcharged. Charged me for items I didn't ask for or even notified they were planning on doing. Tried talking to a manager, the stylist claimed there was no manager, I wasn't allowed to leave unless I paid. I only agreed to a $35 haircut and ended up having to pay $137, I filed a claim with the bank and their still trying to say I agreed to it when I didn't. Don't go to EdDricka unless you want to get scammed into paying more than you expect. I ended up having to take out a small loan cause my water was turned off for not being able to pay it after having to pay this haircut, and they still refuse to give me a refund for the difference.

The salon tacks on extra services with fees which are not announced (prior to rendering service). My daughter had a haircut which should have included shampoo conditioner and quick blow dry for $20.\n\nThe stylist tacked on an additional $30 to blow dry her hair but she omitted shampoo, conditioner and heat styling spray beforehand. She said it was $30 extra bc she styled the hair with a revlon tool, which we did not ask for. \n\nBuyer beware, that some stylists are very shady here! The manager seemed clueless to what was going on and did not apologize for the skipped services, which were clearly outlined in the jcp salon app. If the JCP app is wrong then why have a store app?\n\n

I got my hair colored and left with a stained neck forehead and ears. The stylist told me it would take a couple days to remove. I had to scrub it for hours so I could go to work the next day. She was sweet but I'll never return there. And the color of my root touch up didn't even match my hair smh.

I will shop brick and mortar as long as they get me in and out quickly. Standing in line at a checkout 6-10 deep WILL NOT WORK NOW...FIGURE IT OUT
