I want to thank Miriam for helping me today. Miriam went above and beyond to rectify my experience today. I scheduled an appointment online with a stylist, Aby, at Meyerland JcPenny salon. Aby canceled my appointment without informing me. Aby stated that she did not know how to use clippers. She then asked me what I wanted to do with my hair and if I had a picture. I wore my hair in a pixie cut and wanted a simple clean-up. She asked me when was my last relaxer and did I put my color because my hair was green. She then insinuated if I didn’t want her to do my hair, she could pass me to another stylist. It was clear to me she did not want to do my hair. I informed her that I would prefer another stylist, and then Miriam stated she could do my hair. I appreciate Miriam's professionalism. She educated me on the products that I should and should not use. As Miriam began to cut my hair, I felt at ease after that unprofessional conversation. I highly recommend Miriam; she is a master stylist.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

8/14 at 1pm The girl in beauty doesn't know anything about return/exchange policy and then she'll get an attitude asking personal questions on why you'd want to return an item they don't even have testers for! Terrible service and uneducated on simple stuff you should know !

My husband went in to buy a blazer for his suit because he does security and saw the blazers had a "Sale" sigh over them, found one he wanted and took it to the front... when he went to pay they tell him that blazer is not for sale someone must have placed it in the wrong spot. Now me being me I'm going to definitely go back and forth with you about how that's not my fault, however my husband is not like that. He is definitely the go with the flow type... so they sent him back to look for a different one, this time he had a different employee tell him which rack was the right one. He finds another he likes and went to pay and again they tell him it's not on sale... At this point I'm on the phone telling him he needs to tell them it's not his fault they have the blazers on the wrong rack. But again he just decided to take what he had and pay and leave. I'm leaving this review because I've worked retail and understand people place things on the wrong rack sometimes but the 2nd or 3rd time he's told it's wrong it should've just been comped simply because it's inconvenient for one to get in and out of line and have people waiting. I still work in customer service and as wrong as some people may be I will make sure their experience is a great one! I hope Ms. Saunters enjoyed making someone's life a little more difficult today!

If I could give 0 Stars i would terrible customer service. My wifes wedding ring is past due to get back from sizing.Manager could care less,and workers have no clue.when I get my ring back,I will certainly choose another location.

Great service, Great price. I felt like I was at home, and I was educated on my hair and talked through the entire process. Charlotte was absolutely amazing and made sure I was good every steo of the way! Can't wait to come back next time I'm in town.

Gone way down. Cheap but pricey merchandise with worthless coupons and promos. It's a shame
