Take your car here, these guys are legit and cost thousands less than the dealer I work for. We have them work on many of our vehicles for our customers and all employees service their cars with these guys. Top notch, fairly priced and super fast!

Japan car service is always reliable and honest. They fix what is wrong with my car and never add unnecessary parts or labor.On this visit they thought my ac compressor had failed but on examination they determined the compressor was fine and it was an ac line that leaked. They could have easily sold me a new compressor and an ac line but they replaced the line and charged me only for the ac line replacement. Honestylike this is hard to come by. I will be a customer for life.

I went for inspection and to get an estimate on brake pads. He told me to wait, so I did, an hour later he comes and said the car is done and hands me the bill when I looked at the bill it was $400 I was completely shocked and confused I realized he changed the brake pads but without asking me, without giving me the estimate. I was mad how can you fix the issue without the estimate?? and to top it off it was very expensive, when i called him out on this all he did was apologized, and when I got real mad he gave $50 discount but still it was very expensive for me and it doesn’t fix his mistakes You don’t just fix cars without giving estimates?? that was very deceptive on his part. I told him another Hispanic guy gave me an estimate, $60 each brake pad and $60 for labor i would have saved at least half of what I paid at this place. $350 is a lot of money in tiring times like this. This was my last dealing with this man. If you don’t wanna get cheated, I would suggest everyone out there to stay away from this place and save your money, your sanity and your vehicle. ?????Service: Brake service & repair

These guys are the best! I have used them twice, once for a new alternator and today for my radiator. They are very honest and upfront about what things will cost. Competitive prices too! Highly recommend for your car repair needs!

We found a vehicle we liked on auto trader. The dealer selling it was Japan car service. We have never had such a positive experience with any other dealer , such as this one. From requesting information to going to see the car. This place keeps all the cars impeccably clean. They are honest and fairly priced. I highly recommend them and hope to do service with them again.
