James the owner and every individual who works there is highly professional along with that the body work is very well done and they were very kind and respectful and went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed, this place is hands down one of the best places you could go to instead of those big corporations shops who don’t care about your car. I took my car here in 2021 due to a collision and their shop was the closest preferred shop that the insurance company partnered with. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience. Their communication and time management were poor; and not all the repairs were done when I received the car back. I had to fix the quarter panel skirt lining myself after I finally got the car back. They provided me with no rental car despite having the car for 4 months, and I had to pay the impound lot fees out of pocket.

I was backed into and needed to get the damages repaired out of pocket. The owner was a professional, and I felt the pricing was fair! This was our second time using this shop. I will be back when needed!
