I enter the store and the sales man was in his phone did not acknowledge me until I approached him and them he left his phone and asked me if I need help. I told him I have some gift cards to spend. He daid we don't take gifts cards over here I was oh! Ok. Not smile at all, didn't feel welcome and it is really disappointing that they don't take the gift card is a store like the ones outside. Not a good experience at all for such a g(good brand name store). Never will come back again.

Called to ask a simple question " do you have NFC readers for contactless pay?" (Google , apple pay etc) the man over the phone was very rude and asked some who i was as if I'm not just a customer asking a question. The proceeded to tell me he can't answer that over the phone. He then told me they did take it and VERY RUDELY JUST HUNG UP ON ME. I just wanted to know if i could pay with Google. Geez. Worst service I've received at any James Avery store .
