Horrible customer service! Dropped off my bracelet Saturday and told me it would be ready Monday. I go pick it up Monday and they had trouble looking for it !!! Lady in the front with blonde bob older woman gave us rude attitude. Thank you to the lady who completed in 5 minutes but you could have completed in 5 minutes on Saturday instead of waisting my time.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. Came here more than a couple of times thinking that maybe if I come next time, I'll get better treatment...it's bad every time. Stores are super crowded, the employees don't care about their customers and how long they wait. It's like they take their sweet time on purpose!! I had a charm engraved in March and it wasn't ready for pickup til MAY!!! That's ridiculous. For an instant charm purchase, just go to James Avery inside Dillard's. For engraving, I recommend to buy it online, have it delivered to your residence and go to Dillards to put it on (i recommend going in the morning). On a slow day, they'll have the charm on in one hour. In the meantime, we walk around the mall.

My name is Kimberly Johnson I was at the Champion Forest 1960 location doing the buy 2 charms get the necklace for free deal. We'll l didn't need a necklace or bracelet l wanted ankle bracelet. But they didn't have one to fit me. Until my 3 angles came alone by the names of Wendy, Bridget and Gail. They treated me sooooo good and with such kindness their customer service was 2nd to none. They made sure l got what i wanted and made sure it fit me perfectly. The style and the size. Lol my ankles are kinda thick. Lol. So they went above and beyond the call of duty i will never forget these 3 ladies. Bridget measures me to make sure it fit to Wendy keeping me company assuring me that they will get it done. To Gail putting it together. Thank you ladies so much for making my experience at James Avery soooo memorable ?. Look for me I'll be back soon. Kimberly Johnson'Davis ❤️

It saddens me to leave this review but the service I received on 5/22 was disheartening.I stopped by this location on 5/22 to initiate a return for an item I had ordered online with an engraving on it, I brought in the item in its original box with the receipt. I was informed by the Hispanic sales associate in the front that they don’t accept returns with engravings on them but she was going to go ask her manager, she proceeded to go to the back to ask and a few seconds later the manager came out with her to inform me that they do NOT offer returns for engraved items because “they cannot re-sell the item at the store” which I thought was strange because I read the return policy and no where on there does it state that. The only helpful thing they did was inform me to call the 1-800 number to see what they could do for me. I felt defeated as the reason I was returning the item was because it was a gift for my boyfriend but we happened to breakup, so I no longer wanted to keep that painful memory with me. I was tired and I didn’t want to say anything because I was going to respond out of anger and sadness so I left the store confused and called the customer service number to see if they could help. Well, they in fact did help out tremendously and stated that they should NOT have turned down my return and the store was in fact in the wrong for telling me that. I spoke to Laura over the phone and she assisted me far more better and with more kindness than the associates at that store location did. As someone who also works in the customer service industry, please do better. You really don’t know what someone is going through and how a little more effort in trying to help someone can make such a huge difference.
