Employees are rude, i took a charm to exchange since it was gifted to me i wanted to trade it and get something else. The charm was new still in the box it was never attached to another pice of jewelry however it had the tiniest amount of oxidation. Because of that the worker told me that they were unable to exchange it and that “oxidation occurs with the air and can happen when the jewelry is stored”. To which I agreed because… the charm was just sitting there stored in the gift box for a weeks so because of that she wasn’t able to exchange it.
Which didn’t make any sense to me ive never had an issue exchanging james avery gifts before. She just seemed to be in a rush. Dont go to this location, save yourself the trip.

The store associate, Kierra went above and beyond to help me put together my family bracelet. The store was busy, yet she never rushed me and she used her wonderful skills to create a bracelet that I truly love! I bought several pieces that day, and had previously purchased others, but had no idea how to bring my bracelet to life. Kierra's vision was perfect! She listened and understood what theme/effect I was aiming to achieve. She constantly checked in with me as she was pinning the pieces to see if the design was okay. I truly appreciate her time, patience and expert help! If you're needing help with your design or any questions you may have, she's definitely the associate for you! Took two bracelets and four rings for a cleaning and when I went to pick up they lost one of my rings. I waited about 20 minutes for them to look for it , but couldn't find it and they gave me another one. Some of the employees that were helping me were rude and unprofessional.

Went in today to buy a charm for my daughter around 10:15 full line of people only one associate working the front. And the so called manager Tiffany can be heard and seen laughing through the window all the way to the floor where customers are waiting to be helped by the minimal staff available. Tiffany only became available to help when another guest screamed out “Excuse me ma’am! All I need is a polishing cloth.”

I went to the location on East Sam Houston Pkwy N to find out if my broken ankle bracelet could be fixed. At first, I was told that it cannot be fixed and that I’d have to get a new anklet. Asia and Stacy went the extra mile in checking and double checking whether it could be done, and it could! The anklet holds sentimental value to me so I am very appreciative and a happy customer! Thank you for your great customer service Asia and Stacy!

I usually have an ok experience but not today. I understand the store is busy but it does not give the worker the right to tell me to move in a high almost yelling voice. I stood in line as she had said , yet I noticed a lot of people also looking at the glass counters while waiting. She proceeds to tell me to stop looking if I’m shopping or standing. Mind you I already had written down what I wanted to buy but of course I am going to peek at what’s literally next to me while I wait. Not once did she try to ask if I needed help. Yet I noticed she asked others if they needed help and talked to them in a different tone of voice. I had my young daughter with me and if it wasn’t for her I probably would have asked for a manager. Not sure if it was because of how I was dressed as I was just trying to find my wife a present . It made my experience not enjoyable as I would’ve wanted it to go. She then proceeded to point down to where “ she said I should be standing” which I already was but my daughter was looking at the glass again that was literally next to us. Not once did my daughter touch the glass nor tap the glass nor jumped or acted incorrectly. My daughter is 9 years old this lady did not need to speak to my daughter in that tone. I discussed this with my wife and she wanted to go to the store to complain but I told her don’t worry about it it’s Mother’s Day technically.
Regardless I think my wife will still go talk to a manager being that she spoke to our 9 year old in an almost yelling manner.

This is the second time that the charms that they put on themselves have fallen off, the first time I lost it and had to buy it again, now my daughter also dropped one and I brought it in so they could put it on and they tell me it's $5.41 for putting it again, as if it were my fault that they don't put them right!

I visited this store today and there were at least 2 employees on the floor talking to each, and no one ever ask if I needed help. I even made eye contact with them both, and still nothing. I had written on a sheet what I wanted, and decided that I would go elsewhere, because customer service means a lot to me.
