My mom and I frequent this store often and EVERY time there is one particular gentleman who is always rude. It's a little unsettling at how comfortable he with saying whatever comes to mind and being a total j**** How he spoke to my Mom last week, as we were paying for our items was the final straw, as a matter of fact, the items were not purchased as we left the store. While the selection that is offered on accessories is cool, we're no longer supporting this business

I can always fine something unique or just what I need at the last minute wether it’s jewelry, purses, hat scarves you name it! But you got to get there before 6 because they close early and not open on Sundays - Which I totally understand ?

I was there today buying for shop with my service dog. She is a certified epilepsy dog and we were told to leave the store. They do not allow. legal service dogs! The employee was very rude even though we showed him her certification. We left and won't return. This store discriminated my service dog and myself. I fully understand people are not always honest about the service animal . We were happy to show her card as well as mine. I will be filling a complaint with the city of Houston and the state of Texas

The BEST jewelry store in the mall! My mom and I found so many cute options for any occasion. We went to other stores and walked out with nothing. We went into JS Collection and walked out with so many pairs of earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and other accessories!! Extremely affordable!!! Loved this store! Can’t wait to go back.
