I have been shopping at JJill for many years, almost 2 decades! My closet is full JJill clothes, especially since the pandemic and working from home. One wants comfortable clothes that are easy care. I have bought JJill clothes, shoes, purses, earrings, necklaces, belts, socks. I even have JJill pajamas! Since JJill closed the Memorial City location, I’ve had to drive 15 miles to get to the nearest store - if I wanted to shop JJill. On this visit I had an armful of clothes and the clerk went right up to a woman next to me the moment the woman pulled a single shirt off the rack. She immediately offered to help her. I am not the same ethnicity as the other two or maybe I didn’t look rich? - it was pretty obvious I was invisible and didn’t matter. I put my clothes on the nearest table and left. I don’t shop at JJill anymore.

If you're something of a Jill-ted lover, then come to J Jill and spend a lot on your former flame's credit card, why not. This is a pretty average J.Jill store which can be a little expensive sometimes. I quite like it in terms of browsing, so does Barbie, but for prices and customer service it isn't my favourite. It's in a fancy part of town and sometimes they do seem a little bit snooty in here, customer service wise.
