I’ve been a customer here plenty of times and I have never encountered a rude situation when it comes to the workers but the owner is a different story, The owner of the shop is very rude and there is no reason for him to have a beauty supply store in this area if he does not respect black women. They do not provide prices through the phone which is ridiculous, and they choose to make fun of their customers which is not nice!

Their prices on wigs were a little higher than I would have liked so I didn't make a selection but overall when I go in there tjey ha have okay customer service. Nothing to rave about but they are okay. They do offer a nice selection as well and it's convenient if you live in that neighborhood nearby.

Very nasty old man that works there. All I wanted to do was exchange my ponytails that I just bought last night for a different color. He was getting mad and said no no! " we do not want it back" you cannot exchange" but my receipt said I could within 7 days. I only come this place for hair care products but NOT ANYMORE!!! I heard they were racist any way and I even ignore the fact they follow you. However as a nurse who would help anyone I will NOT be frequenting their place again. There was no reason for that and I explained I picked wrong color and it's unopened also I had my receipt. I spent $40 just yesterday here. PLEASE LETS STOP GIving OUR MONEY TO PEOPLE WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT ISMarcia

They have good perfume oils,wigs, they even have make up and jewelry cheap but their pretty, plus they have hair dye.

VERY rude. Called to ask if they sell tape-in extensions and the woman said, "No!" Then she hung up. Better hair shops around town. Much nicer people, for sure.
