When I first brought my PS5 in he really helped me out. Today I brought a TV in and it wasn't in best condition I just needed a loan to cover gas for the week. I thought we had established good repotoire. He acted like he didn't even know me and didn't offer to help in any way. I picked up everything I had loaned here and other places have taken care of me knowing my history. This is the last time I visit this place. I still think he is a nice guy, but I think is bad business.

This is a out standing example of what a business should be run. The service was second to none. I would recommend this place over a Hugh chain franchise.

This is my neighborhood pawn though I never tried to use them until the 29th. Wanted a loan on a wedding ring. Although they had multiple diamond rings, claimed to me my ring had too many diamonds, and diamonds are not worth anything in todays market. Needed 200 dollar loan on a 6 grand ring. I feel he looked at my skin color and made up this rediculous story that diamonds are worthless. I received my loan from a competitor, they offered twice what I needed. Not s great place for everyone. Will never darken their doorway again.

Horrible experience. Honestly don't know how they are still in business. Wouldn't even give me a number on a 500 dollar laptop that I only want 150 on. Easy come up.
