Nice people, lady at the front answered phone quickly and gave me information with no attitude. Payed my fee and was kind enough to give me the sheriff number. It makes a hell of a difference when you’re nice and not rude to people even though they have no control over what happened to your car

Quick and easy service. Whole process was pretty straightforward and thank god I had all the correct documentation. I would make sure to call before making the drive! I mean if u had a horrible experience I’m sure it’s the fact that your car is at an impound. lol NO FUN!
