I really like how the amazon lockers are outside so you don't have to walk in, just park and quickly get your package. Haven't been inside in a while but always had good experiences, the nice ladies would always help me print out and tape labels and take my packages so I wouldn't have to drive all the way to oak forest post office <3

Horrible!!!!! I came here twice during business hours and NO ONE WAS THERE NEITHER ANSWERED THE PHONE & THE STORE WAS CLOSED!!!!!!!!!! I have A PACKAGE THERE AND NO WAY I CAN RETRIEVE IT DUE TO THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS NOT EVEN OPEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Another person was sitting there waiting also!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER HAVE MY STUFF ORDERED HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I do not recommend this lousy place at all !!! The man who is supposedly the owner is very unpleasant and racist! I will not get tired of letting everyone know that this place is useless, nothing professional! And I'll make sure no one goes to that place!!

This is the least friendly and most unprofessional place I have ever been. Ordered a U-Haul and had a reservation receipt and they REFUSED to look at it and told it it was already booked. I tried to explain I had a receipt and was on the phone with costumer service and whoever the rude horrible owner lady is told me costumer service and I were both wrong…..yet….I had a receipt she refused to look at. Also, my reservation was for 10:00am and no one showed up to the store until 10:30am and they smelled like they just ripped a bong before opening the store. A good business owner would address the concerns and issues without being extremely defensive. She was beyond rude and even costumer service reported her behavior.

I can tell by the other reviews that this is a pattern! Generally I prefer local postal services to the larger ones because they have better prices. I have recently been going to Inwood because they are quick and always have the BEST possible prices for shipping. They also have the nicest staff and they overall just care about their customers. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here. 10/10.

Horrible experience, owner arrived 30 minutes late despite me having a reservation at 10:00am when they were supposed to open. She was also totally rude and yelled at me for calling customer service who also told her she was in the wrong for the way she was acting and conducting her business.

The pub wouldn't help me, the bar wouldn't either... but the Inn-would. Which is good because I was about to go postal.This is a perfectly good PO Box place with all kinds of mail and shipping and postal services to meet your needs. I prefer using this shop to any of the Kinkos-type places or MailBoxes Etc back in the day, because they're a little cheaper and definitely locally owned.

This is a great place for business owners to maximize their business! Latasha and her staff are friendly, fast-pace, and detail orientated! Plus, their prices are fair and beats any other postal office in the northwest Acres Home area. I will most definitely continue my business with this fine establishment.
