I remember when “bait and switch “ was an illegal sales tactic. Went to this lot based on an internet price and the salesman tells me it’s the down payment and I have to look further down the ad. When he himself couldn’t find it he said it’s a mistake. I found the same thing on other vehicles. A big red flag!

I bought a car from here and about 6 months later it started giving me problems! There mechanic did look at it and said all it needed was to be cleaned. To me it seemed like an electrical problem, they don't deal with electrical problems.So I spent my hard work money on a diagnostic from another mechanic shop and come to find out the Transmission, bushings, shocks, and suspension is bad and it has Leaks underneath in places you can't see. I only had it for 1 year . Paid off my car, have the title and its worthless. Talked to the dealership guy I believe he's the owner, he said only if I talked to his mechanic he would believe me, but I have to pay $65 to get a diagnostic and he will chage me half off whatever the issue is. I also i felt like I was being blamed for the issues.I jeep up with my cars. Smh . BAD BUSINESS!!!!. I paid $8000 ok but now I'm going to have to spend about double that. I have no respect for people who do bad business. I've been nothing but patient with them and this is how people get treated. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY ON A BAD CAR FROM THIS PLACE . I will not spend another penny on them or there mechanic . He said if its a bad car he'll fix it half off whatever the problem is. That's Bull....

I was going to buy a car here!
but not after “Raul” called and gave out personal information!
on who and with who had went to go buy a car there.
Especially since it’s an ex and going through legal problems!
he had no reason to be calling the ppl not present and giving out private information in regards to purchases made.
Talk about high school gossip!
so unprofessional what so ever.
Very unpleasant.

I have been with them for 3 years. They have been so patient and understanding. I have a critical illness. They have worked me and them working with me has saved my life. My car has gotten me to every surgery and treatment. I got Covid19 and they still worked me. I have a nice dependable car. These are some good ppl and a company. Thank you for all you have done.

A family member bought a vehicle from here maybe 1 month ago and ever since the vehicle left the lot, it’s been having problems. Family member called them and told them and the people got upset. Vehicle was sent to get fixed but they did nothing to it because the vehicle is still giving problems. They aren’t actually fixing the problem. They aren’t doing anything to fix it! Horrible customer service.
If you’re looking for a used car, save your money and go elsewhere!!!
