Dropped off my Lululemon polo shirts to be embroidered. The owner had the corporate standards. Didnt even follow them. Told me he was color blind. Offered to sew over and try to fix but told me he’d probably ruin the shirt. Pic on left is a corporate standard and right side is his work.

We had an urgent need for printing up 400 specialized type of signs. I flew into Houston that morning and called Andrea at Instant Imprints in South Houston. I then drove to Instant Imprints and could see she was busy, but she gave me time to explain our needs and the delivery requirements. I was amazed at the professional and accurate fulfillment of our order, even tough she was busy with other work. I was so lucky to find this company and Andrea who exceeded all my expectations! I told the company owner how pleased we were with their performance and would work with them for all future needs because of how well they handled our urgent requirement.This company was the BEST!

I wanted to rate this a 5. I really did. But after repeated incidents of no communication and a botched order I have to give it a 1. When my order of shirts came in about HALF of them were crooked and misprinted. I reached out to get this fixed and was offered a replacement for the shirts. For the wasted time and inconvenience I asked for a discount for which was given at 15% off the order. I accepted because the shirts that were made correctly were high quality and well done.I was told the shirts would then be ready in about two weeks. I come to pick them up and they are NOT ready. I am slightly annoyed but said "Okay, mistakes happen." The manager gave me his word that they'd be ready next time so I gave them another week to fulfill the order.When I return to pick up the replacement shirts a week later, I'm told they are STILL NOT READY and was never told ahead of time that it would be delayed YET AGAIN. This is completely unacceptable and by far the worst experience I had with a printing company. I finally got my shirts weeks after the initial purchase and I will NEVER be returning.

I use these guys for everything. Shirts, embroidering, branded merchandise, signs, etc. and they all come out looking great. They always deliver on schedule and are great to work with! The manger Steve is such a great guy and the owner Dave is extremely friendly. I highly recommend.

Before using Instant Imprints, I designed the logos of my accounting firm and had them print them by another provider, who did not care to provide feedback. When I used Instant Imprints South Houston, I benefited not only with the high quality and professional look of advertising materials, but also with the feedback and recommendations made by the owner and his team. My logo got a better look, and my business cards are amazing! Their customer service is outstanding, and I cannot be more satisfied with the end product and their service!
