Customer service is abysmal. Went to order an item that was on sale, the price magically changed during checkout to full price, even though it was still listed in the sale section. Pointed out several mistakes about their website, in which I was told it was all computer malfunctions, even though it was all human error. Did not honor the price on their site, eventually left a review describing my interaction with them. I eventually contacted them again because they were the only store that had the available color of the jacket, and they offered me a discount that was still no where near the original listed price, removed my previous review. Product arrived yesterday damaged and when asked if I could exchange the product I received no response other than an email for a return that would charge me return shipping. Avoid this store. When you are selling $250 jackets and $450 dinner ware sets I would hope some sort of customer service would exist but not here.
EDIT: After speaking with the staff here again it's quite clear the manager has no idea what she is doing. They clearly sold me a demo/store display piece that should have been in the sale section as it was when I found it. Manager is condescending woman who doesn't take fault for her lack of technical skill with using a basic web shop. Had to ask her questions several times before she would acknowledge or answer them, while she was making condescending remarks even though everything is only happening because she cant do her job properly. The owner Cynthia Davis will be contacted even though the store manager repeatedly refused to allow me any of her contact information. I would avoid dealing with this store/site. It's very much a we're better than you but will provide you 0 service vibe.

Was our first time in the shop and loved it! Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful. Beautiful store. Incredible bedding and table settings and decorations. They even have clothes and a fabulous body cream we picked up that I am so very glad we did- it is incredible. Unique items that you don't see everywhere- will be back.

Was introduced to this wonderful store by my mom & there's a reason we've been loyal shoppers for years. Not only is it a uniquely stunning store (as if you're walking onto a Nancy Meyers film set), but it's such a curated selection with unique, quality items that you'll have for decades to come. Some of my favorite purchases there are the Pine Cone Hill sheets that just keep getting softer, woven placemats with fringe, and French vases. Can't recommend shopping here enough, both for home decor and clothing, like Ulla Johnson & Nili Lotan!

Great place. Considering that this is the only place in the U.S. that imports many of these lines (e.g. Blanc Ivoire) I think the prices are reasonable--even if they're not cheap. And as a fan of Briards, I highly recommend the dogs too!
