Working with Coach Michael has drastically changed my running over the last two years. He provides a solid training schedule and offers great information at each group run. The routes around town are nice and work well from our home base which is ideally located near downtown. I highly recommend this group!

In Flight Running is a Houston Texas based run coaching and training program. We offer group training programs, 1 on 1 run coaching and strength training sessions, online run coaching, running consultations and video gait analysis.
