Never had an issue until a teller did not do their job properly.
My elderly mother did a withdrawal. The teller gave my elderly mother more than the withdraw amount.
Then I got a call from the teller who made the error telling me to tell my elderly mom to return the extra money or they will take it out of my elderly mother's account.
I keep saying elderly because she got a ride to this location. She cannont drive and now is tasked with correcting an employee's error.
IF you were a cashier, anywhere else, the onus would be on the employee NOT the customer. It is your job to count the money accurately.

Ibc has got to be the worse bank in Texas. They bubbled my tax return check then the ATM ate $122 and put me In a financial bind that I had to go through cause the bank wouldn't help me at all and it is just $122. So I say that to say this ibc isn't ready to deal with day to day issues so they sure aren't ready to just deal with anybodies money cause day to day issues happen everyday...They need to update their procedures...

Employees are pretty nice. I never had an issue. But I’ve only had to get a card replacement.

ATM didn’t work for a withdrawal. Don’t waste your time. Had to go to Wells Fargo.
