I dropped and broke my old tank, and Ronnie gave me a recommendation for a new one and it's great I like it a lot more than my old one. I've been vaping for quite a while and I could tell he's not new to this either, he knows his stuff. I just moved to the area and their prices are a bit higher than I'm used to from my last shop, but not outrageous. I'll be back when I need more supplies.

Dude that works here is CRAZY knowledgeable! Only been three times, bought a whole new setup the first time. Then batteries and liquid the second, then more liquid and carts today. Always informative. Always polite and friendly. Referred a few people here as well. Customer for life for sure. Maybe consider selling drinks and snacks, maybe host or participate in community events more. Definitely plenty to showcase between inventory availability and staff appeal!

I came into the store today because I have been using disposables for the past year, but I wanted to save money and start using my novo 2 and juice again. I didn’t catch his name, but the black guy behind the counter was incredibly nice and extremely knowledgeable about vaping. He has been vaping since before mech mods first came out. He got me set up with a good juice, got my novo 2 working again, and even set me up in the rewards system. If y’all need questions answered or are just getting into vaping, he is definitely the guy to talk too. This will be the only vape store I go to moving forward.

I’ve been looking for a vape shop when I moved to this area and I am very pleased with the customer service and the willingness of the staff to help me find a replacement juice similar to what I was using before. They go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.

I have just moved to this area and I have been having a hard time finding a juice I like. Today was my lucky day. He spent a lot of time helping me figure out something I would like. I brought my mod with the tank full of the juice I like and he smelled it and knew right away a juice that would be a close match. I'm very happy and I will be a returning customer. Thank you for being patient with me and my picky palate.

I needed to find something to quit smoking cigarettes, always got told vaping was a great start so I came here cause it's right next to my neighborhood. Best customer service I've gotten in a while, they gave me the best vape with some bomb-a** juice, calms my cravings while also giving me a fruity taste. Best decision I've made, haven't smoking cigs in a while.
