Francesca charged me 130$ to file my 2021 amended taxes (explained everything before my meeting ) when I got there she couldn’t even do it lol and charged me $130 and told me to come back when I had an emended W2. I ended up going with another tax preparer honestly cause I hated the experience and it was too expensive ( idk why ppl still file with H&R Block lol )After 2 years I called this office yesterday trying to get a copy of my return cause I couldn’t get it online. They said they would send it to me within the hour but didn’t , called hours later and they said they will charge $20 to email to me and then I inquired further and they said Francesca would call me back by eod. I called back at 6 and they told me she knew to call me back but I never got a call back.Like I said idk why ppl still file with H&R Block when you can get taxes done for so much cheaper elsewhere and with better customer service.

MAKE SURE TO CONFIRM IF THEY CAN COMPLETE YOUR WORK AND CHECK PRICE BEFORE STARTING!! I called ahead and confirmed they would be able to file taxes for both my employers and I was told yes. I did not care about the price to do the taxes because they confirmed I’d be able to file for both my employees ( I explained the situation on the phone ). Half way through doing my taxes she says she cannot do the other one and that I need to do some other stuff and that she can only file for one employer. I would have NEVER filed it here if they told me they couldn’t do it ( especially since I explained the situation before I scheduled apt ) I asked how much they were gonna charge me and they said 200$ but they’d give me a discount and charge 150$. I literally could have gotten it done somewhere else for MUCH CHEAPER but I was trapped now since it’s already almost done. I WILL NEVER be going to H&R Block again. Not only was I lied to but I felt trapped into completing my taxes here. I ASSURE YOU THERE ARE MUCH CHEAPER PLACES WITH A GOOD REPUTATION THAT CAN GET YOUR WORK DONE!
