This is my second time with Gloria Vera I'm 100% satisfied with the service provided have another H&R Block closer but I wasn't happy at all with them I don't mind the extra miles .

Gloria was very nice and was the senior advisor there, but sadly didn’t know much. Didn’t feel comfortable getting our taxes done with her without potential of getting audited.

Mrs Johnson is always very nice and professional. I believe this is my 3 or 4 year with her doing my taxes. I wasn't feeling well today but she was very patient and showed great concern. God Bless her always

I called to ask the name of a website I was asked to follow up with the lady who answered wasn't my rep but is capable of a quick answer instead she said she's too busy for my to call and to try again another day? Great customer service guys thanks for your valiant effort.

Soon as I walked in, was welcomed with rudeness and not willing to hear me out and sent me to customer support. And walked me out and locked the door behind her and I was with my two year old son. I would give zero if that was an option
