I am very organized person and usually I pay for someone to do my taxes .
I brought my papers to this office and supposedly got scanned and I signed some papers from the app .
I wait for a week and keep wondering why the lady that was preparing my taxes didn’t call to ask me questions or let me how much my refund for my taxes will be .
I called the office 2 times and every time they said oh she is not in office she will call you back.
Didn’t hear from her I was so upset because I keep waiting than they said we don’t see your information here.
So weird right because all the documents were scanned and even give my SSN to the girl.
One than said my manager will call me back .
She calle and was even worse very relaxed and seems not to care about my situation.
Than say said oh sorry I don’t think she scanned the documents and I don’t see nothing here .
You have to come back .
I was so mad 😡 by then because of their inability to do something that supposedly they get paid to do .
I was not asking to do my taxes for free.
Caused me so much stress their lack of professionalism.
I just hoping they didn’t keep my SSN .
I don’t recommend their services at all .
I end up doing it my taxes my self with TurboTax even for free .
Waste of my time in this place .

I go and ask a lady who is black older women if they can give me Is a quote on my income text
She call on another lady who works there and ask if I need a Translation to speak to
I ask the lady why do I need someone to translate for me if I am talking to her in English she says cause I am Hispanic
This women is very Unprofessional and discriminating

Two years in a row I've had a "confirmed" appointment at a closed location (7063 Hwy 6 N). Good luck getting anyone local to answer the phone and their Call Center can only make, re-schedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, no help! However, they did tell me I was at the wrong location (even though I have a text confirming the address I was sitting in front of) and that I needed to drive to another location at 7023 Barker Cypress. She told me she informed them I was on my way so they wouldn't cancel my appointment. I drove to the new location only to find that location was closed as well. I was finally able to get a local contact to answer from their Memorial office. I told her the sign on the door said they were open for appointments only. She informed me the sign was wrong, they were closed for the day and I needed to re-schedule for another day. Almost the exact scenario played out as well in 2023. H&R Block needs to re-evaluate their lines of communication between their call centers and local offices. I recommend staying away from H&R Block as there are plenty of profession and reliable alternatives out there.

Called many times no one is answering and their appointment system is so bad. Open a chat with folder ans deposit my document it's been 2 weeks. I'm switching to another

Ms. Diaz was of no help today. Understandably, it's the last week of tax season, but by no means a good reason to rush through people's taxes. Especially considering my appointment was scheduled rather than by walk-in. My tax information was entered within 15 minutes, which I can do on Turbo Tax, but no follow-up questions regarding acceptable tax deductions or anything else I expected from a tax professional. Basically, I just watched someone fill out an online Turbo Tax form on my behalf, which I had already done months prior. Going across the street later today for a more thorough session.

I came to this location and the girl doing the taxes was saying she wanted to go home and talking about her kid got an attitude when I asked how much longer and she was late so I just left. Staff isn't properly trained.
