Had an appointment for 5:30pm and the assistant came in 40 minutes late blaming it on traffic yet she came in with a bag of food. They had no remorse and didn’t apologize for wasting my time. I won’t be coming back. Don’t waste your time making an appointment cause they’ll waste your time

H&R stole my tax refund, yalked to the IRS and my bank.And H&R kept my money.The lady at this location does not know a thing.She is unable to answer your questions.Dont use H&R.They are thieves!!!

Will never use again. Took a month and a half to complete my taxes. Return wasn't provided to me until day after tax day. There were errors in the return.

Make sure you get your taxes done by Jadawn Harrison. I'm sure the other tax preparers there are helpful, but if you want to have a good laugh, as well as a fast and concise experience—book with Jadawn! She does my taxes every year, and always provided helpful tips so that I can get the most out of my return. In addition, did I mention that she is fast? In all seriousnes, she makes me not dread filing each year.

The guy they assigned to do my tax return spoke English so poorly I just walked out. He also couldn't understand me and had no clue what he was doing. I'm dumbfounded as to how he even got the job there.

This is insane. I payed for a service on February and I was told my tax person was going to contact me on June. I’ve emailed 12 times, it’s been 8 months and nobody answers me. The tax pro went on vacation for 4 months and won’t respond any of my emails or phone calls. I tried to call the office manager and she won’t return any of my calls or my husbands. My whole change of status process has been delay.
