We made an appointment for a Friday evening at 5:30pm. We received the text confirmation showing the date and time. When the appointment date comes, we got there at 5:15pm. The receptionist informs us our appointment was for 6pm. I showed her the text message showing the appointment time was at 5:30pm. She stated she didn't know how that happened and that there was someone else booked for 5:30pm. Basically they doubled booked and couldn't honor the appointment time they gave us when I called to make the appointment. If they can't keep their schedule well organized, I can't trust them to file my taxes properly. I do not recommend this office. If I could give them zero stars I would!

I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 p.m. and the tax agent was not in the office. I waited for 30 minutes after the scheduled time and finally told the receptionist I was leaving and would reschedule. She was very polite and said if I could wait 5 more minutes another agent could help. When I sat down with the new agent I immediately felt uncomfortable with her doing my taxes. She made several oversights that I noticed and was very slow to input the information. After whole ordeal of waiting for 30 minutes and then dealing with a slow tax agent I made the decision to leave and go with another tax agent on a different day. It was extremely inconvenient to have this have happened and very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location.

My tax preparer, Mr. King, was very accommodating and took me right away even though I was an hour early. He was able to address my concerns in a professional manner and deliver pointers/insights for my next return. A very kind and likable gentleman. I would like to see him again next year. Well done! The person who was supposed to our taxes didn’t know how to use technology. She couldn’t complete basic tasks on the computer, so because we didn’t feel comfortable having our taxes completely electronically there, we left and did them ourselves.
