Ms Vicky was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered my questions thoroughly, prepared my taxes in a timely manner. Definitely using H&R Block next year.

I worked here for a little while, the manager Olga shaved my hours that was over time pay, then I was owed travel pay and never got when I message the DM he never answered me. I even have voice mail and text message that she would fix my hours and the DM never answer me about it, Don’t work for H&R Block, this was my first time and the GM wanted me to always leave my job to be there and when I couldn’t she got upset with me. They hired a new girl named Karen and she has the worst customer service ever, she is very rude doesn’t greet you with a smile and thinks she better than everyone there. I have my notice and when I did after I quit Olga would still put me on the schedule and say I was a no call no show when I quit it’s funny when they know they messed up and you have proof of it all and they won’t even answer your call or text.FYI: On top I had my taxes appraised and was gonna be charged 330 to file my taxes and only get back 1,000 when I had my sister in law do it I was charged 60 and getting back 6,500 I believe honestly that there is a way for the tax pros to steal the clients money because I filed them thru H&R Block but did it myself. Don’t have anyone file your taxes at any H&R Block go online it’s cheaper and they won’t steal your money.

Very good customer service and very professional people!. Ms. Rosa Barboza was so excellent, professional. She made things really easy to understand and actually made me feel welcomed. She is good at what she dose and i believe she deserves a promotion or raise. Very outstand. I will be coming back for the following years!.

Had an appointment at 11:30, did not get seen until 12:15. Tax person seemed to just want me out. I have been a long time Customer for over 20 year's. I will not be back. I will find someone else to do my taxes.
