I wasn't impressed by meeting with Barbara Coleman. She says she is a senior tax expert. I had a tax lien on a rental property that I was trying to sell. She never informed me about getting a discharge from the IRS. She said you can sell the property with no problem.....WRONG!!!!! Not an expert to me.....

First time using these people. Turns out the agent had understated our income AND payments. We got a letter from the IRS demanding two thousand dollars in penalty and interest. We had to pay 178 for the visit to the office to call it to their attention, and yes they will pay penalty and interest...reimburse us, that is.

I have been going to this location for years. I make an appointment and am always greet in a timely manner with a smile. I have had assorted representatives and all of them have been professional and knowledgeable. I am usually done in 40 minutes. I am a very satisfied customer, and will be back next year. It is a great feeing to have confidence in your tax preparer.

Everyone needs to do a tax consult with Melissa once a year just to have her look over your files... she has helped us with our taxes for over five years and she gives you ideas on what you need to be prepared for be prepared for on next years returns. I trust her with our taxes and our filings. She also has contacts at IRS in case you get letters from them
