What a terrible experience. I filed a simple tax return on Jan 29. The tax preparation took close to an hour, because the individual seemed unfamiliar with the software. Now it's Feb 29th and my tax are delayed. It seemed that H&R Block only submitted 3 of my 5 1099 documents. Now I have to fix it myself to avoid any delays and make sure it's done correctly. I asked about refunding my $99 tax preparation fee, and was told I needed an appointment to talk to an tax advisor. Just frustrating experience.

Staff is always so friendly and very nice. Been doing my taxes here at Fuqua location with Maria Mendiola for years and never had any issues. She brings a lot of experience to the table.

orrible experience with this office I initially called on a Monday spoke with two individuals asked if I could file my 2021 with them they said yes I asked if payment could be taken out of my return and they both said yes the woman in the line and Jeff I sent all my information Jeff said it would be 3 to 7 days for it to be filed I called again the next Monday which is today the seventh day to be told it was never started the woman on the line assigned someone else to file whom said her name was Denise pink she then calls me and tell me she needs payment now when I asked why I was given the wrong information she then says oh well it’s the rules and when I asked if I could have a corporate number or speak with a manger or someone in charge she then says call H&R block had a horrible attitude I was given wrong in formation and had to wait an entire week to be told this information with attitude horrible customer service and a complete waste of time

My tax professional is very knowledgeable and very helpful and explained everything steps by step to make sure I understand, and communicative have a nice attitude and very friendly that's why I always used her to do my tax every year even though she's far where I live but I still go to her, if she moved to other offices I still go and find her. She is very professional. Ms. Ernestina Vidaurri is very knowledgeable and professional tax preparers.
