had an appointment at 12 and didn’t get seen till after 40 minutes and it only took 10 minutes for my taxes to be done. Wasted a lot of time waiting than I did getting the service. I guess the ladies were nice… the pricing is kinda ridiculous but that varies by person I personally will be looking for a new spot to file my taxes
