Made my appointment a year out. Waited around 40 minutes for my appointment as the person before me wasn’t done. They took a “quick question” before me further delaying my day. Appointment was for 12pm didn’t start till well past 12:30. Loretta didn’t apologize or offer a discount or anything. Then had the nerve to suggest I set my appointment for next year. Won’t be going to that location again. Front desk dude was trying his best.

After 22 years of being a customer they started to discriminate against Native Americans not allowing us to use our tribal identification cards anymore. These IDs are issued by the federal government and this company no longer recognizes them as a form of identification. I felt that they are in violation of laws but there is no one you can talk to with their bank because they have no phone number to the bank. They are sending peoples personal information for emerald advances to a bank that has no contact information. I asked for the email or phone number and H&R block can't provide that. I want to know who excluded Native Americans for the emerald advance because that is discrimination. They have no excuse not to include tribal identification if they are including passports. So your saying a foreigner can sign up for a loan but a Native American can not. This is something very new because I used the same ID to do my emerald advance for years.
