Just did my taxes at the H&R Block office located at 2424 Rice Boulevard, Houston. We all know how taxing (pun intended!) it can be to go through this experience, especially for those of us who have significant tax liabilities. That’s why it’s so important for tax specialists to treat us with courtesy and professionalism.Olena Shevchenko and Melissa Therrell were exceptional. They navigated the complexities of tax preparation with ease and ensured that I was informed every step of the way.I left the office feeling confident and well taken care of. I should say that it was a bit expensive but still, I do recommend their services to anyone looking for competent and caring tax professionals. ?

I have gone to H&R Block for several years. I see Melissa and she is very nice and Knowles able. It is easy to use the app to schedule an appt and upload documents. Their prices are reasonable for the services provided.

Filed my tax here, never got my 2021 tax refund for $3000. They give the typical “you have to talk to IRS” excuse and don’t take accountability for their action. They lack expertise and just don’t have good customer service. Just go to TurboTax instead
