Amazing customer service I had someone cancel my order for a retractable banner I called Houston T-Shirt Printer and they printer my banner in 1 hr after closing timeI highly recommend these guys

James and team are amazing. I had an urgent order for T shirts. My design was blurry. James took extra effort to redefine the image and gave the T shirt same day within 2 hours. 100% recommend this place.

RUN !!! RUN !!! RUN !!!!Avoid this place . I have been for almost an hour and the Pakistani guy was exceptionally irresponsible . He was eating chips and he was joking with other colleagues and customers being waiting for so long . Every single customer that walks in he stops my work and he talks to him . Worst experience ever . Non existent customer service. You need to hire more people so that you satisfy everyone .If I had to leave 0 star review , I would definitely have done that .I ended up giving him the T shirt back and left after wasting 1 hour of my time .Irresponsible !!!

They were amazing from beginning to end! I had to wait a little bit but they were busy when I got there. The outcome was well worth the wait! I am not usually easy to please and they did a fantastic job! I was extremely pleased and I will most certainly come back for for future business!! ?
