The Houston Shoe Hospital is great! I am always greeted with a smile, professionalism, and my shoes repaired! They go above and beyond to make sure you get the best repair possible and they take the time to show you how the repair can be done. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they do more than shoes! So, for the first time, I brought in my leather bag. I am excited to see the repair on it. I am sure I will be pleased as I am with my shoe repairs! You have a customer for life! Great experience at Houston Shoe Hospital! My belts were too big and they were able to shorten them which I didn’t even know was possible! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and the belts turned out amazing. Will definitely be back in the future!

I'm happy with the work done on my shoes. I requested something different but the guys explained why it wouldn't be good for my shoes or feet to do that. They recommended a simpler repair and I'm satisfied with it.
