Not even worth a star. I would like to give them a negative star if I had an option as they are big FRAUDS. They charged the card twice for 1 single visa and never returned the money. They never answer your call or never take any action. Big FRAUDS. I have made all my friends aware and I will make sure no one goes to these FRAUDS ever. Hopeless, cheaters, Frauds. Worst and most unprofessional company ever.

SCAM! Beware that this company is a total scam. They charge you a fee and don't provide any service. The worst part is that my renewed passport is lost and now I will miss my trip next week. Everything about the experience was a disaster. No service, no communication, no tracking of my passport renewal. I did all the work to discover that my passport was lost and they are unable to provide assistance to replace.

Trying to contact these idiots for last one week. you would be on hold for ever. Listening to music and messages like yo are caller number 7...caller no 6...5...4...3.....2 and finally caller number one and than... you would be disconnected. does not matter how many times you call them same thing is gonna happen. Don't waste your time folks

Submitted my Visa application 2 weeks ago. Online status shows New and have called them over 20 times waiting on hold for 10 minutes each then after 10 minutes the call hangs up. I have sent multiple requests for assistance via e-mail with no response. OMG they finally answered the phone! Warren was nice and courteous. He got my order number and said let me put you on hold while I look into this. 45 minutes later I have to hang up. I get no callback. I'm going to have to fly to houston to go find my passport on Monday and submit my info at the embassy myself.

The agent, Shanda Lear, from Houston was completely unprofessional. Never answered calls or emails despite urgency of the visa application. I noticed an issue with the application status and wanted to call to ask what was going on. Instead, I find out from customer service that she's "out-of-office" without any notification. Then, instead of contacting me, she went ahead and filed an application that was marked as incomplete, which we could have fixed in time. This could have been an issue that is easily avoided if they had an actual "checking system" to make sure your application is correct. I submitted the extra documentation that was needed, and again, no contact. Then, she emails me telling me it's going to be received past my need by date. Instead of discussing with me first to discuss what options I had (i.e., to withdraw my app and receive my passport back) she instead decided to act on her own, despite knowing the urgency of the date. Because I needed to withdraw my visa application to retrieve my passport, I again tried to contact her. She won't pick up any phone calls, and won't answer questions to emails. She'll only respond after she's filed something. When passports and visas determined that the consulate couldn't withdraw my application, she didn't have the courage to tell me she couldn't do jack crap, and instead had her boss (who was completely unprofessional as well) tell me they couldn't retrieve my passport. I called the Consulate and got it back myself. The consulate also informed me that the agent messed up and re-filed the application as a new application rather than fix the minor issue. After getting the consulate to agree to release my passport, Shanda refused to even try to help retrieve the passport back from the consulate for me. This is evidence they can't do anything right, will not respond to multiple questions and emails/calls, and they will not try to fix their mistake. These clowns just want your money and pretend like they are providing you with personal service, when in fact, these guys don't care. Use a different service.

This company is a scam. I would not do business with this company as the people who work here have irregular business hours. They have a 24 hour cancellation fee so that by the time you want a refund they wont refund you. They wont talk to you unless you pay the upfront cost and at that point if they tell you in the consulting process that you dont need them they will keep $50.00 for a processing fee. I would talk to a notary before you speak with this scam artist.

Great service all the way around -- sure in cities like Houston you can make an appointment and the office and do it all on your own but for me that's just more hassle to save a few bucks -- this company did a total of 6 passports for us, 4 adult, one baby and one marriage name change. Everything was super easy to follow and they walked you through the process. Two of the adults missed a couple of papers needed and that's when we realized we were so glad we had this company, we could go back home, get everything done and just drop back by and drop it off, no appointments, no dealing with government lines. Will use again if needed
