I stayed here because of no electricity in my house. The lady checking me in was so nice and patient. I stayed two nights,the room was great,very clean comfortable and I'm back again, I recommend this place that wants a nice clean room and a very nice staff.

Due to the hurricane, my light was out and I was with the heat for 3 days. And I was exhausted and came over and the receptionist was very kind to book me a room. I have High blood pressure and this heat was sickening me, getting me sick and I am glad that I found a place with good service that had hope to find me a room.

Stayed there because had no power at my house due to the storm. Just live close by. Called and they said they had rooms. Arrived about an hour later. Check in went smoothly, lady at desk very nice and helpful. Checked in my room. Room was clean. Not bad odors. Tv had cable and some movie channels, which I was happy with. Had drinks and snacks you could buy at reasonable cost. Power came back on at my house. I had already paid for another night. They were nice enough to refund my money, Roxana took care of that for me and I appreciate it very much. She was so sweet during the process. I would stay there anytime again. Even though the place is older, it's very obvious they are updating it. Very nice pool too.

The balcony on the third and second floors have a inclination although the third floor balcony is worse. The inclination on the balcony is so bad there are spaces which shows it coming apart from the building. The railings holding the balcony are rusted and breaking away from the balcony. There is also cracks and water spots on the ceilings in the rooms. Mold and mildew on ceilings and in the windows in some rooms. The stairs are rusted and cracking and often have water leaks and water dripping on the stairs making them slippery. I hope the City of Houston does something because this building is clearly a safety hazard and in danger of collapsing. In addition there has been no property manager are owner on site to reach to discuss the problems.

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and memorable.The hotel itself is incredibly luxurious and well-maintained. The lobby was beautifully decorated and had a welcoming atmosphere. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and filled with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were soft and plush.One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. I had a stunning view of the city skyline and it was truly mesmerizing. It was the perfect backdrop to wake up to in the morning and relax after a long day.The hotel had a variety of dining options available, each offering a diverse menu and delicious cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide range of options to cater to all tastes.The hotel also had fantastic facilities for leisure and relaxation. The spa was a tranquil oasis, offering a variety of treatments and services. The fitness center was well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing me to continue my exercise routine during my stay.I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel. It was within walking distance of popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff were extremely helpful in providing directions and recommendations for things to do in the area.Overall, my experience at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and convenient location made my stay truly memorable.
