I've been going to Houston bearing for years as the owner of my own business I understand customer satisfaction and professionalism. They have gone down hill, everyone is always in a bad mood bad service rude people and management that don't care and make excuses for rude employees. I won't be going back.

Not what it used to be. Angry employees all the time. Don’t even bother calling. You’ll be answered with an attitude and a smart mouth. AND DONT EVEN BOTHER BEING AN EARLY BIRD AND SHOWING UP A MINUTE EARLY BEFORE OPENING!!! Literally a minute early and they’ll kick you out. People here act like they own the place and they hate it. Very rude. Should consider switching jobs if you’re angry all the time. Maybe not the right job for you. Ah but they do have materials tho. 2 Superstars!!!!EDIT: All the 2 and 1 star reviews are true
